Step 3 — Start Your First Conversation

Opening a character brings you to the chat interface. You'll see conversation starters — a mix of casual openers and more direct ones. You can use these or type your own first message.

A few things to know about how the AI responds:

• It asks follow-up questions and builds on what you say
• Set the tone in your first few messages — the AI adapts to your conversational style quickly
• Be specific rather than generic: "I want to talk about hiking in the Alps" works better than "let's talk"
• On the free tier, you have 20 messages per day maximum. The 500-character limit per message applies on free accounts.

The AI remembers what you tell it during the session. However, on the free tier, memory resets after 2-3 exchanges — meaning the AI has no recall of messages from earlier in the same session beyond that window. This is the most significant practical limitation of free access.

Step 4 — Explore Media Features

Generate Images

Images are generated from within the chat interface. Look for the image generation option in the conversation area.

4. View and save the resulting video clip

To activate it: look for the Private Mode toggle in the conversation settings before starting a new chat. Private Mode must be enabled at the start of a conversation — it cannot be applied retroactively to an existing thread.

Messages not sending

Check your daily message limit — free accounts cap at 20 messages per 24 hours. If you've hit the limit, you'll need to wait until the reset or upgrade to a paid tier that offers more.

The AI seems forgetful

Free tier memory covers only the last 2-3 exchanges. The AI genuinely doesn't have access to earlier parts of your conversation. Forgot password
